Every Draugon piece is made for you, and only you.
Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you order, your piece goes to print, gets checked by hand, and is on its way within 6 business days — usually sooner. Here's what happens after that.
Wall art ships free. Everywhere.
Every canvas and poster ships free, worldwide — no minimum, no code, no fine print. Apparel and drinkware carry a small shipping fee that varies by destination:

Where we ship
Worldwide. Wherever your dark corner is, we'll find it. To keep journeys short, your order is printed as close to you as possible — orders from the US are printed in the US, and orders from the UK and Europe are printed within Europe, which means no surprise customs charges for EU customers.

Tracking
The moment your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. If the tracking hasn't moved for a few days, don't worry — updates sometimes lag behind the parcel itself. If it's been silent for over a week, write to us.
If something goes wrong
Damaged, misprinted, or lost on the way? Tell us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — no need to ship anything back. The full details live in our Refund Policy.
